North Star Property Management is an independent Residential Block Management Company who, due to our size and focus, can deliver a personal and bespoke service to our Clients. Our focus is to provide proactive and efficient management, with direct and easy contact with your personal Property Manager and our small, highly-qualified and focused Team.

We believe that regular communication can help to ameliorate many of the day-to-day problems that can become ‘issues’ in property management.

Here at North Star Property Management we offer a full and comprehensive range of management services, including a full accounting service, day-to-day repairs and planned routine and planned future maintenance. We will also keep you informed and up-to-date with the constant changing legislation that regulates the industry.

Our professional Team offers professional standards and stringent auditing, with financial accounting that can be tailored to suit our Clients. We take seriously our responsibility for ensuring that your property is maintained to standards that comply with all relevant legislation.

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has observed that ‘managing residential blocks of flats has different legal implications from private individual houses and therefore compliance with the statutory regulations that affect residential block management is essential’.

The legislation which governs the residential management industry is complex. We constantly strive to keep abreast of this ever-changing legislation and ensure that changes are communicated to you.

Ann Sullivan BA (Hons),
Company Director North Star Property Management

Ann has been Director of North Star Property Management since 2009. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to build up a small Team of experienced Property Managers with a focus on personal and sensitive service.

Tom Madge, Accountant

After witnessing the generally poor standard of accounting in the property management sector, Tom has developed innovative software to properly serve the needs of Service Charge accounting. Bespoke models are applied to each client, fulfilling their reporting requirements. As such, Tom’s work is at home in the Omnicroft UK environment, where high quality service to clients is central to the company ethos.

Lynne Schopman, Lettings Administrator

Lynne is responsible for day-to-day administration, taking particular focus on subletting of units and ensuring the covenants of the lease are adhered to.
